Four primary selectees and two alternates have been selected to sail aboard the US Coast Guard Barque Eagle this summer, from August 10-16, sailing from Boston to New London, CT.
The four selectees are:
- Ethan A. from Ship 9, the Sea Fox, in the Golden Gate Area Council
- Todd B. from Ship 711, Del Mar, in Orange County Council
- Jordyn F. from Ship 1000, Pathfinder in Circle 10 Council
- Abigail H. from Ship 2003, Wilmington, Cape Fear Council (sponsored by Fifth Southern District, Flotilla 054-10-06)
The two alternates are:
- Christon H, from Ship 25, Potomac Guardians, in the National Capital Area Council (sponsored by Fifth Southern District, Division 25)
- Jonas R. from Ship 270, Suffolk County Council (sponsored by the First Southern District, Flotilla 014-22-01)
We have been fortunate in recent years that our alternates have also been able to sail on the Barque Eagle.
