Do Sea Scouts and adults who are members of the Auxiliary enjoy the same rights as other Auxiliarists?

Yes. Participants in the AUXSCOUT program, whether Scouts or Scout Leaders, who are members of the Auxiliary enjoy the same rights, privileges, and responsibilities as any other Auxiliarist and are subject to the same protections and obligations of federal law and regulation as any other Auxiliarist who is assigned to duty.
